- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 recipe Homemade Ranch Dressing Mix 1 or packet store-bought
- 1 loaf high-quality sandwich bread crusts removed, quartered
- 2 Hot House seedless cucumbers thinly sliced (see notes)
- Fresh dill for garnish
US Customary - Metric
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and seasoning mix. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
- To assemble, top each rye bread with cream cheese mixture and a cucumber slice.
Recipe Notes
2 to 3 regular cucumbers, peeled, may be substituted for the Hot House cucumbers.
