Ingredients
- 175 g Butter
- 200 g brown sugar
- 125 g Chestnut flour
- 150 g Almond powder
- 1 C. coffee Natural vanilla extract
- 8 Egg white
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (tea 6) .-
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over very low heat, then pour it into a bowl. Add the brown sugar and work it with the butter.
- In another bowl, mix the chestnut flour, ground almonds and vanilla extract.
- Beat the egg whites very firm with a pinch of salt.
- Stir in the butter-sugar mixture, the flour-almond mixture and the whites in the snow.
- Pour into a round pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Unmold on a rack and let cool. Serve as is or accompanied by homemade custard.
